Thrilled to announce that the book A Global Perspective on Music Education, edited by @nevra.kupana, has been published by @egitimyayinevi! Honored to have contributed with my chapter “Community Music: Its Role in the German Education System and Perspectives for Turkey.”
This is one of the first comprehensive Turkish publications on Community Music, a field I have been teaching in Germany for years. Beyond that, this project has given me the chance to reconnect with colleagues and mentors I haven’t seen in a long time.
Wishing for it to make a meaningful contribution to the field!
Sevgili @nevra.kupana’nın editörlüğünü yaptığı, benim de “Community Music: Almanya Eğitim Sistemindeki Yeri ve Türkiye’ye Yönelik Perspektifler” bölümümle katkıda bulunduğum Müzik Eğitimine Global Bakış kitabı, @egitimyayinevi tarafından yayınlandı!
Böyle güzel ve özenli bir çalışmanın içinde yer almaktan büyük bir onur ve gurur duydum. Almanya’da uzun süredir dersini verdiğim Community Music alanıyla ilgili yazılmış ilk kapsamlı Türkçe yayınlardan biri olması da beni ayrıca mutlu etti. Bu süreçte uzun zamandır yüz yüze görüşemediğim meslektaşlarımla ve hocalarımla bir araya gelme fırsatı da buldum.
